At 21 she become Australia’s first female WAFL assistant coach and put West Perth through their paces.  At 23 she managed 150 staff through a $10.3 million Leisure Centre redevelopment.  At 25 she became Managing Director of her own national company.  Homegrown success story and compelling speaker, Michelle Cowan, has always defied convention.

From being the only girl in the locker room, to the only Gen-Y in the boardroom, Michelle is a daring story of success against the odds.

Taking the attitude which made her the pioneer of women of professional football coaching into the workplace, Michelle managed a team of 150 government staff as a 23 year old, before launching her own national training company, working with some of the biggest names in Australian sport.

Dean Cox - West Coast Eagles premiership player and All Australian Ruckman

Dean joined the Specialized Training and Development team in 2007 launching the Dean Cox Football Camps held annually in the July school holidays.

Dean has emerged as one of the most important players with the West Coast Eagles and in the AFL. His athleticism makes him another running midfielder and very difficult to combat. Dean has outstanding skills and in conjunction with Kerr, Embley, Fletcher and Braun plays a pivotal role in the club’s success.

Susan Fuhrmann - 2006 Commonwealth Games representative and West Coast Fever defender

Suzie joined the team in 2007 focusing on the development of the Suzie Fuhrmann Netball Camp.

At 196cm, Suzie was the youngest and tallest player in the Australian squad, and the youngest netballer to play for Australia at the Commonwealth Games.

Suzie who gets referred to as 'The Fuhrmann-ator' can bench press up to 57kg, leads the her squad in the weight room and has blown apart the team's strength training program.

Suzie was drafted into the Australian squad in December after defender Liz Ellis injured her knee and remains a memebr of the Australian Diamonds.

  

Adam Voges -  Elevated to an official leadership position with the Warriors after coming of age last season. Adams efforts attracted the attention of the national selectors, who named him in a 13-man squad for the Third 3 mobile Ashes Test Match last December, before he made his international debut in the third Chappell-Hadlee match against New Zealand in Hamilton. 

Adam Voges is most famous for his maiden one-day century in 2004-05, a 62-ball effort which was then the fastest in the country's domestic history. Not only did he break a record, he also clattered an ING sign with one of seven sixes. Voges collected many plaudits for the innings and a $50,000 bonus for superb aim.

Adam was awarded his first Cricket Australia contract for the 2007-08 season and captained the Australia A team on a Travelex tour to Pakistan in the 2007 off-season.

Adam joined the teamin 2007 and will launch the annual Adam Voges Cricket Camps held in January at Christ Church Grammar School in Claremont.

  

Bobby Despotovski - Started with Floreat in 1993 and represented Perth Glory for eight years.

Perth-born in 1971, Despotovski was a goalscoring hero.  He teamed up with the Perth Glory in 1996, going on to play a record 212 games for the club, winning two National Soccer League grand finals and scoring a club record 102 goals. He is one of only three players in NSL history to score 100 goals for one club. He has also played four times for Australia, scoring five goals. In 2005 he was named A-League Player of the Year.
